Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Press Brake Operator 1st Shift to join their dynamic team. As a Press Brake Operator 1st Shift, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality metal components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Press Brake Operator 1st Shift

**Location:** Archdale, NC

**Pay Range:** 22/hr

**Shift:** First Shift (6am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, possible OT on Friday)

What's the Job?

+ Operate press brake machinery to bend and shape metal components according to engineering specifications.

+ Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure parts meet required dimensions and tolerances.

+ Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers for precise quality control.

+ Assemble components and employ welding techniques when necessary.

+ Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment to maintain optimal performance.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role within a manufacturing environment.

+ Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

+ Familiarity with tooling setups and adjustments for various bending tasks.

+ Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.

+ Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a safety-conscious mindset.
