Our client, a leading organization in the technology and enterprise solutions sector, is seeking a VDI Architect to join their team. As a VDI Architect, you will be part of the IT Infrastructure support team, focusing on delivering innovative virtualization solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Project Architect

**Location:** Nashville, TN

What's the Job?

+ Design, implement, and maintain desktop virtualization environments including Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon View, Hyper-V, and XenServer.

+ Understand client computing and end-user services environments to ensure seamless delivery and performance.

+ Automate Windows image build processes and troubleshoot end-user issues using tools like SCCM, McAfee, and MS Defender.

+ Configure, monitor, and optimize Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments for maximum efficiency.

+ Collaborate with application owners to deploy virtualized applications and ensure security policies are enforced.

What's Needed?

+ Extensive experience with desktop virtualization technologies such as Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, Hyper-V, and XenServer.

+ Proficiency in Windows image build automation and troubleshooting end-user issues.

+ Strong knowledge of Active Directory and domain-joined infrastructure.

+ Experience managing user profiles, policies, and resolving profile-related issues.

+ Ability to plan and execute software upgrades, patches, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
