    Our client, **in McCook NE** , a leader in the **manufacturing industry** , is seeking a **Mixing Operator** to join their team. As **Mixing Operator** , you will be part of the **Production Department** , supporting **rubber compound operations for hose extrusion** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **strong problem-solving skills** , and **a commitment to safety** , which will align successfully with the organization.

     

    Job Title: Mixing Operator

     

    Pay Range: $19.34/hr with Shift Deferential of $1.25/hr

     

    What's the job?

     

    + Operate mixers to produce batches of rubber compound according to specifications.

    + Load raw materials and monitor equipment, temperatures, and cycle times.

    + Use material handling equipment (e.g., forklift) to move and prepare materials.

    + Perform cleanouts on machinery and maintain a safe work environment.

    + Collect samples and perform quality checks at various stages of production.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School diploma or GED (preferred).

    + **Previous manufacturing experience (preferred).**

    + Ability to operate material handling equipment and work in hot/cold environments.

    + Good math, reading, and writing skills with attention to detail.

    + Strong teamwork and communication skills.
