    Currently, we are seeking anIT Support Associateto join our Team! This position will work with COMSO’s Managed Services Provider, CISPOINT.

     

    This is a FULL TIME ON-SITE POSITION located in Columbia, MD.

    Must Have:

    + U.S. Citizenship

    + Ability and willingness to work completely on-site

    + Proficient typing skills

    + Ability to pass an agility test

    + Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites

    + Excellent writing, documentation and speaking skills

    + Excellent Customer Service skills

    + Ability to comply with company policies and procedures

    + Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11

    + Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft 365

    + Solid knowledge of printing and scanning in a networked environment

    + Solid knowledge of Firewalls, Switches, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Windows Server, Azure AD

    + Solid knowledge of Email Systems – Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365

    + Ability to rapidly learn and retain new information

    + Ability to provide first contact and incident resolution to customers with hardware, software, and application problems

    + Provide both customer telephone support as well as electronically submitted requests

    + Documents and manages trouble tickets via on-line ticketing system

    + Efficiently escalates incidents to higher level Tiers when required

     

    CompTIA Security+

    Education and Experience:

    • 2-3 years in the Information Technology field

    • Desired: BS Degree with a focus in Information Technology or related field

    • Desired: Microsoft certifications – MCSA/MCSE

    • Desired: Experience supporting proprietary software

     

    Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
