Our client, a **leading technology and customer experience organization** , is seeking a **Senior UX/CX Researcher** to join their team. As a **Senior UX/CX Researcher** , you will be part of the **Experience Strategy & Design Studio** , supporting **experience strategists, designers, and cross-functional partner teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills** , **strategic thinking** , and **collaborative problem-solving abilities** , which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
+ Define scope and frame research goals with clear success criteria aligned to business needs
+ Conduct and facilitate qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews and workshops
+ Analyze research findings to produce actionable insights and strategic storytelling
+ Create research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and service blueprints
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to drive customer-centric experience strategy
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of UX/CX research experience (or equivalent)
+ Strong expertise in research methods, analysis, and interviewing
+ Experience with B2B end-to-end journeys and workshop facilitation
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate complex insights through compelling storytelling
+ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
