Forklift Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift (Schuylkill Haven, PA)

Pay:

+ **1st Shift:** $19.22/hr | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** $19.97/hr | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking **experienced Forklift Operators** for a fast-paced, outdoor environment. This role involves operating **sit-down, gas-powered forklifts** and handling heavy reels. Attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate sit-down gas forklifts safely and efficiently

+ Pick orders from **paper lists** (no scanners)

+ Load/unload **10–30 trucks daily**

+ Pull and move reels as required

+ Work in **outdoor climate conditions**

+ Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a noisy, fast-paced setting

+ **2nd shift:** Must work independently and demonstrate strong reliability

Requirements:

+ Previous forklift experience (sit-down, gas-powered)

+ Ability to work in outdoor conditions and noisy environments

+ Strong attention to detail

+ Dependable and self-motivated (especially for 2nd shift)
