**Our client, a leader in enterprise technology and customer experience innovation, is seeking a Senior UX/CX Designer to join their team.** As a Senior UX/CX Designer, you will be part of the **Experience Strategy & Design Studio** supporting **cross-functional product, research, and strategy teams** . The ideal candidate will have **strong storytelling skills** , **collaborative design thinking** , and **a customer-centric mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior UX/CX Designer
Type: Contract
What’s the Job?
+ Communicate complex concepts through compelling storytelling to drive alignment around NorthStar future-state experiences
+ Design in Figma to create wireframes, journey maps, storyboards, and conceptual visuals
+ Collaborate with researchers to run workshops, interviews, and insight-gathering activities
+ Synthesize customer data and insights to support experience strategy development
+ Present clear, persuasive design solutions to stakeholders across varying altitudes
What’s Needed?
+ 3–5+ years of experience in UX/CX design with strong proficiency in **Figma**
+ Demonstrated expertise in **Customer Experience Design and Design Thinking**
+ Experience facilitating or supporting remote workshops and design activities
+ Strong storytelling and visual communication abilities
+ Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, HCI, or related field
