Our client, a government agency supporting workforce development initiatives, is seeking a Certified Microsoft .NET web Developer III to join their team. As a Certified Microsoft .NET web Developer III, you will be part of the modernization project supporting the benefits system. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Certified Microsoft .NET web Developer III

**Location:** Remote

What's the Job?

+ Develop and maintain web applications using .NET Core 8+ to support modernization efforts

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features

+ Ensure system security, scalability, and performance standards are met

+ Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

+ Attend all scheduled meetings during standard working hours and maintain online availability

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 3 years experience with .NET Core 8+ development

+ At least 5 years experience working with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)

+ 3 years experience working with Oracle databases

+ Strong understanding of web accessibility coding practices (preferred)

+ Experience with C#/Blazor and previous work in government, insurance, or case management systems (preferred)
