The position is a hands-on Chemist position with an emphasis on electroless and electrolytic plating, formulation of fillers into rubber, epoxies, paints & adhesives, troubleshooting raw materials, interacting with suppliers, etc., all related to the production of electrically conductive materials
-Provide hands on research and development in the area of electroless and electrolytic plating, formulation of fillers into rubber, epoxies, paints and adhesives.
-Troubleshoot raw materials
-Provide hands on scientific and analytical approaches to product development
-A degree in chemistry, polymer science or materials technology is necessary to be considered.
-At least 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience is preferred, especially in the areas of plating or polymer formulation.
-Eligibility to work on non-exportable technologies, i.e., candidate must be a U.S. citizen or hold the required credentials to be considered.
-Ability to provide hands-on technical leadership with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work as a team member in a production environment.
-Ability to be self-managing and task focused.
-Highly motivated and results oriented.
-Ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, suppliers and customers.

Competitive Compensation
+ Pay Range: $87050 to $145250 annually
+ Participation in Annual Incentive Program
