    We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Superintendent to lead local tenant improvement and commercial build-out projects. This role does not require any travel and is available as a full-time or contract position.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily on-site construction activities and subcontractor performance.

    + Coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.

    + Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout all phases.

    + Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to meet milestones.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and clear communication.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience in commercial construction supervision and tenant improvements.

    + Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols.

    + Ability to read blueprints and interpret specifications.

    + Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, or similar).

    + OSHA certification or related safety training.

    + Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.

    Work Environment

    The role involves leading local tenant improvement and commercial build-out projects without the need for travel. Candidates may choose between full-time and contract options. The work environment is dynamic and requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage fast-paced construction sites effectively.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis Park, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $60.00/hr.
