    We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Specialist (Contractor) to join our team in Milpitas. This position is critical for managing materials flow and logistics to ensure efficient handling of all inbound and outbound parts, orders, and inventories. The role is designed to support operational capacity while our engineering team focuses on research and development and certification preparation.

    Responsibilities

    + Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, labeling, and organizing materials.

    + Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate ordering for parts and consumables across product lines.

    + Communicate with suppliers to track orders and replacements, and record data and traceability in Tulip and internal systems.

    + Tag and organize parts in preparation for production sprints, ensuring all materials are ready for assembly.

    + Assist in improving supply-chain and fulfillment workflows under the supervision of the Quality Engineer.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in supply-chain, inventory, or logistics operations settings, preferably in manufacturing or hardware production.

    + Working familiarity with ERP or MES tools; experience with Tulip or similar software is a plus.

    + Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work hands-on in a production environment.

    + Ability to collaborate closely with engineering and production teams.

    Work Environment

    The role involves working on-site in Milpitas, where you will be part of a dynamic team focused on innovation in medical robotics. The environment is collaborative, requiring close interaction with engineering and production teams.     This is a Contract position based out of Milpitas, CA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $46.00/hr.
