As a Construction Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the construction Quality Control program. You will schedule and control all meetings, ensuring that all deliveries meet Quality Control requirements. Your role will include attending coordination and mutual understanding meetings, conducting Quality Control meetings, performing the three phases of control, reviewing and approving submittals, ensuring testing is performed, and providing necessary certifications and documentation required by the contract.
Responsibilities
+ Implement and manage the construction Quality Control program.
+ Schedule and control all meetings.
+ Ensure all deliveries meet Quality Control requirements.
+ Attend coordination and mutual understanding meetings.
+ Conduct Quality Control meetings.
+ Perform the three phases of control.
+ Review and approve submittals.
+ Ensure testing is performed and provide required certifications.
+ Manage and coordinate the three phases of control and documentation.
+ Provide daily reports, inspection reports, and testing reports as per contract requirements.
Essential Skills
+ Quality control expertise in construction.
+ Experience with USACE (United States Army Corps of Engineers) standards.
+ Active QCM Certification.
+ EM385 Safety Certification.
+ OSHA 30 Certification.
+ Site safety management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience as a Quality Control Manager.
+ Knowledge of EM385-1-1 standards.
Work Environment
This position requires working on-site at the project location.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
