**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences** is currently hiring an **Administrative Assistant / Provider Coordinator** in **Ontario, CA** .
This is a **full-time, on-site** position.

**Pay:** $24–$26/hour
**Type:** Four month Contract/possibility of an extension or becoming FT
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Pacific)
**Location:** Ontario, CA 91764
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage the reception area and provide administrative support to the local corporate and IPA network, including Network Directors and Medical Directors.
• Answer high-volume phone calls, schedule meetings, coordinate multi-calendar events, and support day-to-day office operations.
• Assist with filing, ordering office supplies, password resets, and coordinating appointments and network meetings (including venues, presentations, and documentation).
• Support provider relations and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience answering high-volume calls and scheduling meetings/multi-calendar events.
• 2+ years managed care or medical insurance experience.
• 1+ year in customer service or provider support.
• Strong oral communication and professional phone etiquette.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

**Pay Details:** $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
