Adecco is working with a global manufacturing client to find an **Industrial Maintenance Supervisor** in Lebanon, TN.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime
+ Lead, schedule, and develop maintenance technicians
+ Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
+ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
+ Maintain work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance records
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and plant procedures
+ Coordinate maintenance activities with production and engineering teams
+ Support installation, repair, and optimization of machinery
+ Recommend process improvements to increase uptime and efficiency
+ Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
+ Associate's or technical degree is preferred
+ 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
+ Leadership or supervisory experience required
+ Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
+ Knowledge of PLCs, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics preferred
+ Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Position Offers:
+ Median salary in the $65k range _($28/hr to $36/hr)_

**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
