    **Job Title:** Radiology Clinical Performance Specialist

    Department/Team Description

    Pharma Radiology Division – Solution Delivery: Clinical Performance

     

    Responsible for providing training on Bayer Radiology Device Products, ensuring their safe and effective use by healthcare professionals.

    Position Summary

    This part-time role involves delivering clinical training on Bayer Radiology Device Products as needed. The position requires schedule flexibility, as the primary audience includes Radiologic Technologists, Physicians, and Nursing staff.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Deliver clinical training on Bayer Radiology Device Products, ensuring safe and effective use.

    + Follow all clinical processes and standard operating procedures.

    + Attend new hire training and successfully complete all certification requirements.

    + Prepare and submit reports accurately, proactively, and in a timely manner.

    + Manage expenses and timesheets in compliance with company guidelines.

    + Stay current on new technologies and developments in the medical device industry.

    + Maintain high levels of clinical competency.

    + Willingness to travel overnight up to 90% of the time.

    + Flexibility to accept assignments; availability for three consecutive weekdays (Monday–Friday) is optimal.

     

    Requirements & Preferences

    Education & Licensure:

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    + ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist – required.

    + Advanced licensure with at least 2 years of experience – strongly preferred.

    + Advanced certification in CT, CV, and/or MR – strongly preferred.

    + Valid driver’s license.

    **Pay Details:** $50.00 to $59.00 per hour
