    Pharmacist

    Job Description

    As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for verifying and checking prescriptions, ensuring they are correct and processed accurately.

    Responsibilities

    + Verify and check prescriptions for accuracy.

    + Ensure that prescriptions are processed correctly.

    + Collaborate with the pharmacy technician to ensure smooth operations.

    Essential Skills

    + Licensed Pharmacist by the South Dakota Board of Pharmacy

    + PharmD or Bachelor's of Pharmacy

    + At least 1 year of pharmacy experience

    + Strong customer service skills

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Experience in pharmacy operations is advantageous.

    + Familiarity with pharmacy software systems is a plus.

    Work Environment

    You will work 3-4 days a week during operational hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekend shifts. The team includes one pharmacy technician. Upon starting, you will shadow the current pharmacist for a day before taking over responsibilities.

    This is a Contract position based out of Rapid City, SD.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
