    Adecco is partnering with a **leading manufacturer of concrete accessories** in Sumner, WA to hire a **Machine Operator** for a specialized **non-CNC (analog) machine** used in metal product production. This is not a simple push-button role— **we need someone who understands machines inside and out and can troubleshoot and fix issues on the spot.**

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate and maintain a **specialized analog machine** to manufacture concrete snap ties.

    + Load raw materials like **steel rods and wire coils** into the machine.

    + Monitor production and inspect parts for **quality and precision** .

    + Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

    + Use precision tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

    + Perform routine maintenance on **mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems** .

    + Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Previous experience as a **machine operator** , preferably in **metal fabrication** .

    + Strong knowledge of **mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems** .

    + Skilled in using hand tools and reading technical manuals or blueprints.

    + Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

    + Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

    **Pay Details:** $26.25 per hour
