    Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving

    **Location:** Sumner, WA

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $24/hr.

    We’re looking for a **reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operator** to support our Shipping & Receiving operations in Sumner, WA. If you have experience with **stand-up and sit-down forklifts** , thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and take pride in accuracy and efficiency, this is the role for you!

    What You’ll Do

    + Operate **stand-up and sit-down forklifts** to load/unload trailers and move materials.

    + Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying packing slips and quantities.

    + Prepare and stage outgoing shipments according to daily schedules.

    + Perform inventory checks, assist with cycle counts, and maintain accurate records.

    + Pick orders and support **will call operations** with professionalism.

    + Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

    + Use scanners or WMS to track inventory movement.

    + Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Proven experience operating **stand-up and sit-down forklifts** (certification preferred or ability to certify upon hire).

    + Strong background in **shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations** .

    + Experience with inventory management, order picking, and customer service.

    + Ability to lift up to **50 lbs** and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

    + Basic computer or scanner experience for inventory tracking.

    + Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

     

    Competitive Pay: $24/hour

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
