    Adecco is hiring a **1st Shift Material Handler** for a leading medical device manufacturer in **Largo, FL** . This entry-level, temp-to-hire position offers steady hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to grow within a respected company.

    Responsibilities:

    + Receive and distribute parts and materials to and from production and other departments.

    + Process incoming purchase receipts and maintain accurate inventory.

    + Organize and store materials following warehouse policies and safety procedures.

    + Transport materials between buildings as needed.

    + Assist with monthly inventory counts and replenishment.

    + Operate forklifts, man-up order pickers, and other lifting equipment (must be comfortable working at heights).

    + Support mailroom operations, including processing and delivering internal mail.

    + Maintain 6S standards and support continuous improvement efforts.

    + Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.

    + Strong organizational and time management skills.

    + Basic math skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    + Safe handling of hazardous materials and waste as required.

    + Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. unassisted and stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
