Job Posting: HR Shared Services Consultant
Adecco is seeking a highly skilled **HR Shared Services Consultant** to join our team. This role provides critical support to HR partners, leaders, and employees by ensuring compliance with employment policies, regulations, and accommodations processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in ADA and accommodations case management, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Key Responsibilities
+ Provide guidance to HR partners and company leaders on employment policies across various HR disciplines; review and approve/deny cases based on laws, regulations, and policy requirements.
+ Respond to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines and exercising sound judgment when handling data, confidential information, and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
+ Support HR managers with compliance efforts related to third-party vendors; act as the escalation point for issues and risk concerns.
+ Adhere to required record retention processes in alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
+ Manage accommodation cases from intake through resolution, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking in ServiceNow.
+ Review medical documentation to verify disability status, functional limitations, and compliance with ADA and internal policy requirements.
+ Facilitate the interactive process between employees, managers, and HR to determine effective and reasonable accommodations.
+ Recommend, coordinate, and implement accommodations such as ergonomic solutions, schedule adjustments, or remote work arrangements by partnering with facilities, IT, and other teams.
+ Ensure full regulatory compliance with the ADA, PUMP Act, PWFA, EEOC guidelines, and applicable state/local laws.
+ Educate HR and managers on accommodation requirements and best practices; provide guidance on complex cases and escalate when necessary.
Required Experience
+ 5+ years of demonstrated experience in HR and **accommodations case management** (required).
**Pay Details:** $40.00 per hour
