Description We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in Rockingham, North Carolina. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in managing HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to the smooth operation of HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transactional processes related to the applicant and employee lifecycle within the HR database.

• Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of HR data while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

• Oversee onboarding procedures to provide a seamless experience for new hires.

• Conduct background checks and verify documentation in accordance with organizational and legal guidelines.

• Utilize HRIS systems efficiently to handle employee records and other related data.

• Monitor and enforce HR compliance across all processes and procedures.

• Coordinate post-offer processes, including communication with candidates and internal teams.

• Assist with other HR administrative tasks to support department operations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements within HR functions.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent application of HR policies. Requirements • Proven experience in HR administration, including onboarding and employee lifecycle management.

• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their application in managing employee data.

• Familiarity with conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

• Thorough understanding of HR policies and regulations.

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and team members.

• Proficiency in handling confidential information with discretion.
