• Marketing Technology Analyst

    Description

    Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Sr Marketing Technology Analyst (contract). In this role, you will design and deploy marketing technology resources to optimize automated marketing campaigns, material distribution, agency/vendor management, platform use, and tracking, reporting and analytic. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Use expertise in marketing technology software and platforms to improve the user experience, reporting and distribution.

    + Serve as a senior liaison across business groups to create documentation for business and system requirements.

    + Conduct business process analysis and needs assessment to align Marketing solutions with business initiatives

    + Work on project teams to develop or modify complex processes and/or systems.

    + Gather feedback from stakeholders and provide discussion forums to improve the user experience.

    + Identify trends/issues and performance gaps.

    + Maintain thorough knowledge of platforms, tools and processes.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in information technology, marketing or relevant field, or equivalent experience

    + Five years of experience developing technical solutions

    + Thorough understanding of marketing technology software or platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, Adobe, Google Cloud Platform, CRM and Marketing Cloud)

    + Analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Knowledge of project management methodologies

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    + Excellent written and oral communication and relationship building skills
