Job Title: 2nd Shift Data Entry Clerk
Job Description
The Data Entry Clerk plays a crucial role in managing clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and auditing paperwork in an office environment. You will work closely with a team of 4-5 coworkers, contributing to the smooth operation of our internal systems. Training for this role takes approximately one to two weeks and is conducted during normal shift hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
+ View and audit maintenance repair updates provided by maintenance workers.
+ Enter data accurately into internal and customer ERP systems, including SCEPTRE and Concourse.
+ File paperwork efficiently and maintain organized records.
+ Oversee and support data entry activities throughout all phases of the aircraft maintenance process.
+ Conduct audits to ensure all maintenance records and documentation are accurate and compliant.
+ Assist with the preparation and validation of aircraft maintenance packages and associated forms.
+ Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to ensure compliance obligations are met.
+ Track open items, resolve discrepancies, and ensure completion of transactions according to procedures.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Professional and courteous interpersonal skills.
+ Data entry and inventory management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with inventory management systems.
+ Ability to multi-task and maintain data integrity.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
