_Press Brake Operator – 1st Shift & 2nd shift - Direct Hire_

_Pay: Up to $32/hr. | Location: Bloomington. 1st and 2nd shift - 4/10 schedule_

What You’ll Do

+ Operate Cincinnati Brake Presses to bend and form sheet metal

+ Perform machine setups (training provided if not yet qualified)

+ Load and unload materials safely and efficiently

+ Inspect finished parts to meet high-quality standards

+ Collaborate with teammates across fabrication (CNC, shears, rollers, punch presses)

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience in press brake operations or sheet metal manufacturing

+ Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions

+ Comfort using measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, hand tools)

+ Team player with a focus on accuracy and safety
