Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products on and off machines, blending materials as needed, packaging finished products, labeling, and shipping. Additionally, you will assist operators in running the area when required.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload products on and off machines.

+ Blend materials when necessary.

+ Package and label finished products.

+ Assist with shipping processes.

+ Support operators in running the production area.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read and understand English.

+ Experience in production, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.

+ Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. of material and loading into receptacle.

+ Ability to push reels, materials, or equipment weighing 40 to 60 lbs.

+ Ability to stand, bend, and stretch during 12-hour shifts.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Forklift experience is a plus.

+ Experience in warehouse shipping is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Pawcatuck, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
