Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

Join a pioneering company known for its innovative robotic automation and material handling equipment. As a Assembler, you will contribute to the assembly of sophisticated machinery used in the Food and Beverage and Chemical industries.

Responsibilities

+ Use machine drawings, assembly drawings, control schematics, and bills of materials to proficiently build and troubleshoot as needed.

+ Engage in reducing and eliminating non-value-added work throughout the organization.

+ Utilize hand tools for tasks such as structural assembly, mechanical drive assembly, fluid control assembly, guard and cover assembly, mechanical assembly, and simple electrical assembly, ensuring quality workmanship and neatness.

+ Complete quality assurance checks for Blue Books.

+ Provide accurate documentation, including labor reporting, material issue/returns, material moves, and material scrap reports.

+ Execute inventory re-ordering policies, including 'Kanban'.

+ Prepare equipment for shipment, including machine teardown.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Beaver Dam, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.50/hr.
