Pressure Vessel Welder $25-30/ hr!

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pressure Vessel Welder to prepare parts and weld components into assemblies by following production orders. You will execute welds according to company procedures and documents, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to propose new methods and procedures to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

+ Prepare and weld components into assemblies following production orders.

+ Execute welds in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.

+ Utilize blueprints for assembly and fabrication tasks.

+ Weld pipes, pressure vessels, and pressure tanks.

+ Engage in fitting, assembly, and structural welding tasks.

+ Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency.

Essential Skills

+ 5 years of experience in MIG/TIG welding on carbon steel.

+ 5 years of experience utilizing blueprints.

+ 5 years of welding and fabrication experience including cutting, punching, and grinding.

+ Experience in welding pipes and pressure vessels.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Certifications in welding in accordance with ASME standards.

+ Ability to read and apply Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS).

+ Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.

+ Methodical, organized, and precise work style.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, comfortable, and organized weld shop and machine shop. The position follows a first shift schedule of four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
