Job Title: Materials Specialist
1st shift
Pay: $17 to $18/hr
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Materials Specialist to oversee stockroom and kiting operations. The role involves pulling parts and setting up project kits according to documentation, following IPC guidelines, receiving, verifying, and labeling incoming parts, and maintaining accurate records for cycle counts. You will also ensure a safe and organized work area.
Responsibilities

Essential Skills
+ Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
+ Experience in packing, picking, inventory management, shipping and receiving.
+ Comfortable using RF scanner and FedEx systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Basic knowledge of electronic components is helpful but not required.
+ Ability to complete basic tasks on a computer using Windows, Excel, Word, etc.
+ Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Work Environment
Work a 4-day work week from Monday to Friday, 6am-4:30pm, in a climate-controlled facility with a laid-back dress code. Be part of a team of around 40 total employees on-site, embracing a 'swarm culture' that emphasizes cross-training and teamwork to ensure the success of all operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wooster, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
