Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced press brake operator to set up and run an Amada CNC press brake machine to produce a variety of sheet metal parts.

Responsibilities

+ Set up and operate an Amada CNC press brake machine.

+ Produce a variety of sheet metal parts with precision.

+ Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.

+ Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and micrometers for quality assurance.

+ Perform multi-bend job setups efficiently and accurately.

+ Ensure production quality meets specified standards.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in setting up and running CNC press brakes.

+ Proficiency in setting up multi-bend jobs.

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Knowledge of Amada CNC brake operations and controls.

+ Ability to use precision measuring tools.

+ Blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in machine operation and fabrication.

+ Familiarity with sheet metal production processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukie, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
