    Job Title: Material Handler

    Job Description

    The Material Handler plays a key role in supporting our operations by managing both inbound and outbound material flow. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, staging, and distributing materials, components, and finished goods in a timely and accurate manner. In addition to logistics support, the Material Handler will assist with production-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient manufacturing process during the 3rd shift at our Lebanon facility. The ideal candidate will be dependable, organized, and capable of working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Process all tasks associated with customer sales orders.

    + Adhere to FIFO in the warehouse for finished goods and raw materials.

    + Assist in the covering of production with raw materials needed for making products, and the put away of finished goods from production to the warehouse.

    + Adhere to all safety rules.

    + Follow all Quality Management rules for the facility.

    + Pay strong attention to detail.

    + Report all inventory discrepancies to management.

    + Ensure all forklifts are on battery chargers at the end of the shift.

    + Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience operating sit-down forklift and stand-up reach truck.

    + Valid driver's license.

    + Basic math skills.

    + Proficiency in reading and writing English.

    + Experience with RF scanners.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

    Work Environment

     

    The work environment is temperature-controlled and extremely clean, as it is a food production location. Employees are required to wear lab coats, hairnets, beard nets, gloves, and shoe covers. The position operates during the 3rd shift, Monday through Friday, from 9:45 PM to 7:00 AM, with one unpaid lunch break and one paid 10-minute break.

    The pay range for this position is $42640.00 - $44720.00/yr.
