Cleanroom Technician – $19–$23/hr | Day & Night Shifts Available
**Location:** Colorado Springs, CO
Pay & Shifts
+ **Pay Range:** $19–$23 per hour (based on experience and shift).
+ **Shifts Available:**
+ **Day Shift:** 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
+ **Night Shift:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
About the Role
As a **Cleanroom Technician** , you will play a critical role in the production of semiconductor products. You’ll set up and operate a variety of automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing machines, including robotic assembly equipment, ensuring precision and efficiency in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Operate and monitor traditional fab equipment and robotic assembly tools.
+ Set up and run assigned production equipment to meet quality and productivity goals.
+ Handle delicate materials with care and maintain cleanroom standards.
+ Perform first-level maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
+ Inspect operation results against predetermined tolerances.
+ Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Maintenance, and Management teams.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
+ Minimum **1 year of machine operating experience** .
+ Ability to operate machines and load wafers from day one.
+ Proficiency in cleanroom operations and assembly work.
Preferred:
+ Previous cleanroom experience.
+ Familiarity with semiconductor or medical assembly processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
