**Electrificationand Automation (EA)** Headquartered in Wendell, NC, the

Electrification and Automation (EA) Business Unit offers the full range of

energy distribution systems and solutions for all markets and through all sales

channels. We provide reliable power distribution grids of today while investing

into our Future Grids portfolio to create the power distribution grid of the

future.

**We arelooking for a Commercial Project Manager, Finance based in Wendell,North Carolina and is a remote position.** The CPM will manage Strategic Customer projects within SI EA.

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible

for the completion of all project commercial/financial related matters,

including but not limited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, New Collaboration

Model (NCM) and Export Compliance and Control (ECC) topics. Ensure compliance

of regulations during the offer and project execution phases. Support the

respective Project Manager in other areas with the objective of executing the

project according to the PM @ Siemens guidelines, customer requirements, Financial

Reporting Guidelines (FRG). Professional collaboration between the CPM and the

Project Manager is key for success.

Manage theproject throughout the project Life Cycle

+ Empower yourself with adequatesignature authorization and project target agreements to manage small andC-category projects as a commercial project entrepreneur.

+ Support the PM in managing andoptimizing financial results with professional care (e.g., project grossprofit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments).

+ Ensure an adequate handover phase,analyze customer requirements, and examine their commercial andcontractual feasibility, including ECC matters.

+ Drive the review and evaluation ofcontract conditions, including all attachments, ensuring examination byLegal.

+ Support the PM in identifying,evaluating, and assessing risks and opportunities, and developingstrategies and response activities.

ManageProject Finances

+ Ensure accuracy of cost and pricingcalculations, project books, and records in systems like SAP.

+ Perform month-end activities andprepare commercial documentation for project status meetings, ensuringdata accuracy (e.g., FC, cash flow).

+ Ensure compliance with Siemens FRGand local GAAP requirements, and manage financial guarantees, bonds, andproject securities.

+ Support the PM in minimizingnon-conformance costs, establishing reporting structures, and implementinglessons learned.

+ Manage risks, contracts, andclaims, ensuring compliance with LoA guidelines and risk managementprocesses.

+ Ensure compliance with standards,rules, and regulations, fostering a culture of trust and integrity (e.g.,tax regulations, signature rights, segregation of duties, ECC, EHS).

+ Manage customer requirements andexpectations with the PM.

+ Ability to handle multiple midsizeprojects, prioritize tasks, and interpret and execute contract terms andconditions.

Basic Qualifications

+ BS/BAin Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management

+ SAPExperience

+ 10%travel

Preferred Qualifications

+ Demonstratesand applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization throughsuccessful completion of assignments.

+ Demonstratesknowledge of organization's business practices and issues.

+ Qualified as Project Manager & Manages (at least) S projects.

+ SiemensC-CPM Certification

+ 2-4 years of CPM experience

+ Demonstratesskills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

+ Abilityto multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines

+ Self-motivated with customerorientation and clear growth and entrepreneurial mind-set

The pay range for this position is $ $73,500 - $120,000 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
