What You Can Expect
As a **Supplier Quality Engineer** you will be responsible for developing the training and implementation process for deploying six-sigma, problem solving processes, SPC and process control, and basic quality tools. In this positionyou will manage and track supplier specific deployment projects, create and modify Supplier Development procedures, and conduct kick-off and site activities with the suppliers. You will also perform initial gap assessments at target suppliers to determine individual supplier development plans.

How You'll Create Impact
+ You will formulate procedures, specifications, and training materials for our Supplier Development process
+ You will conduct training and implementation of Supplier Development Quality modules at identified suppliers
+ You will conduct initial supplier development gap assessments and creating specific action plans
+ You will perform program management activities with site specific projects
+ You will mentor other Supplier Development Quality Engineers on Quality modules and training requirements
What Makes You Stand Out
+ You have training level mastery of statistics, SPC, and process control methodologies
+ You have advanced problem solving skills through the use of quality and statistical tools
+ You have training level mastery of Quality tools such as control plans, risk analysis, gage calibration and gage studies, advanced quality planning, and process validation
+ You are able to develop, track, and justify financial metrics surrounding improvement projects
+ You have effective facilitator, instructor, and mentoring skills
+ You are able to lead Plant Operating System audits and create effective gap closure plans
Your Background
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
+ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with multiple project experience is preferred
