We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Web Developer with over four years of experience in .NET, C#, and enterprise system integration. The successful candidate will support and enhance DynamicWeb-based e-commerce websites while assisting in the transition to a new e-commerce platform, such as Magento/Adobe Commerce or WooCommerce. Expertise in backend architecture, API development, cloud services (Azure), and integrations with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement is essential.
Responsibilities
+ Assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing DynamicWeb-based e-commerce websites.
+ Develop and optimize backend functionality using ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, and Razor templates.
+ Support integrations with ERP (D365 F&O) and CRM (D365 CE) for order processing, inventory, and customer account workflows.
+ Ensure security, reliability, and performance across backend systems.
+ Collaborate with other developers to build and maintain eCommerce backend functionality during the transition to a new platform.
+ Develop custom plugins, integrations, and APIs using PHP, MySQL, and eCommerce APIs.
+ Implement third-party integrations such as payment gateways, shipping providers, and tax tools.
+ Support data migration processes for products, orders, and customers.
+ Design and maintain workflows and APIs to sync data between D365 F&O, D365 CE, and the eCommerce platform.
+ Implement and support integrations for order management, inventory, and reporting.
+ Work with Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
+ Troubleshoot existing ERP/CRM integrations as needed.
+ Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments.
+ Deploy and maintain backend applications in Azure, including App Services, Functions, SQL Databases, and Service Bus.
+ Contribute to maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environments.
Essential Skills
+ 4+ years of experience in backend web development with strong knowledge of .NET Framework 4+, ASP.NET Web Forms, and C#.
+ Experience working with SQL and relational database design.
+ Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce development, including PHP, MySQL, WooCommerce, Magento, and WP REST APIs.
+ Understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and backend integrations.
+ Experience with git version control and associated workflows.
+ Exposure to ERP/CRM integrations, with D365 experience preferred.
+ Experience with Azure cloud services, including App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, and SQL.
+ Knowledge of functional testing and test automation.
+ Proficiency in modern DevOps practices such as Docker containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and observability.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Work Environment
The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies in a cloud-based environment using Azure services. The position requires a collaborative approach to development, working closely with a team of developers to ensure the seamless operation and transition of e-commerce platforms. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
VacationThe Company recognizes the importance of vacation time in providing rest, recreation and personal enrichment.o 1st Year Ten (10) dayso 2nd – 5th Year Twelve (12) dayso 6th – 15th Year Fifteen (15) dayso 16th Year Twenty (20) days
Employees may carry over vacation days from one year to the next. However, to encourage employees to use vacation, there is a cap on the amount of vacation that can be carried over. Vacation carryover is capped at forty (40) hours and must be used by March 31 of the following year.
Part-time employees earn vacation on a pro-rata basis. For example, an employee who works 30 hours per week will earn ¾ of the amount of vacation a full-time employee earns, while an employee working one-half time earns one-half the vacation of a full-time employee
Accrual and CarryoverEmployees begin to accrue vacation time when they begin working for the Company. Employees may use their vacation at any time after the first ninety (90) days of employment, unless unforeseen circumstance require them to peruse time. If an employee needs to use time before the ninety (90) day period is completed, they must obtain approval from their managers and/or senior leadership.
Employees may carry over vacation days from one year to the next. However, to encourage employees to use vacation, there is a cap on the amount of vacation that can be carried over. Vacation carryover is capped at forty (40) hours and must be used by March 31 of the following year. If not used by March 31, the carryover time will be forfeited. If an employee is terminated for cause and/or abandons their job, no accrued vacation time will be paid out. If an employee voluntarily resigns and provides two (2) weeks’ notice (or adequate advance notice), they will be paid for accrued, unused vacation time.
Sick/Personal Time (New York State Paid Sick Leave)Beginning January 1, 2021, eligible employees are entitled to up to fifty-six (56) hours of paid sick leave (“NYS PSL”) in a twelve-month period. The Company calculates the twelve-month period on a calendar year basis.Amount of LeaveEligible employees are entitled to up to 56 hours or 7 days of paid sick leave each year.Dress Code and Public ImageThe Company prides itself on the professional, yet casual atmosphere it maintains and the positive image that employees present as representatives of Qosina Corp. and its divisions. Long-Term Disability Plan (LTD)This benefit would pay sixty percent (60%) of your regular salary for an extended period of time.
