Description
Ordering and Supply Management: Office Supplies: Order essential office supplies, including sit/stands, ergonomic keyboards, and other items. I also maintain copiers by replenishing paper, replacing toner, and disposing of toner waste as needed. Breakroom Supplies: Manage the procurement of breakroom essentials for all four floors, including coffee, tea, creamers, cups, plates, utensils, and other necessary items to support employee needs. Building Supplies: Order and track building-related supplies, including air filter refills and sanitizer refills to maintain a clean and healthy work environment. Office Visitor Badge Management: Manage all visitor badge checkouts for all offices and created spreadsheets on Teams to track visitor access, allowing team members to edit as necessary. Concord Parking Badge Management: Develop and maintain spreadsheets on Teams to track Concord parking badges assigned to employees and for temporary use Mailing: Distribute credit cards to all AssetMark employees, both in-office and remote, ensuring tracking information is included and shared with all necessary parties. Ancora Document Processing: Assess whether documents are for finance or the processing center, and manage sent documents on an Excel sheet, particularly checks, to track their status and resolve any inquiries. Handle certified mail requests, including assisting the front desk as needed. Reload the postage machine with funds as necessary.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
