Position Responsibilities :
+ Completes a variety of preventative maintenance tasks within the Master Data Management domain, in particular the sales reroutes and requests, assigning software access roles and other identified data domains tasks to drive data accuracy and maintain a high integrity of Master Data
+ Assigns, modifies and removes specific user privileges and permissions within applications to control what they can see, do, and access
+ Troubleshoot software access and sales route assignment issues
+ Performs Ad-hoc master data analysis and assist with special projects addressing Master Data improvements
+ Performs analyses on Master Data, addresses data discrepancies, and updates missing information in the database when applicable
+ Develop, publish and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly DMO reports and KPI’s
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s D egree in Data Science, Logistics, Merchandising or Business with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience in Master Data Management or Information Technology or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 4 plus years of specific experience
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, expert level in excel
Preferred Education and Experience:
+ Master’s Degree
+ Experience with VIP system (Vermont Information Processing)
