Job Title: Mortgage Loan Closer

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mortgage Loan Closer to join our dynamic, startup-style team in Old Town Scottsdale. If you thrive in a competitive, outgoing environment and have a passion for precision in mortgage lending, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you’ll be responsible for managing and finalizing a variety of mortgage transactions across multiple states, including:

+ Conventional, FHA, VA, refinance, and second mortgage closings

+ Ensuring compliance with TRID, federal/state regulations, and company policies

+ Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet closing deadlines

+ Handling sensitive documentation with professionalism and integrity

What You Bring:

+ 3–5 years of mortgage closing experience (required)

+ Strong working knowledge of Encompass and Microsoft Office

+ Deep understanding of TRID and mortgage regulations

+ Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills

+ Excellent communication and time management abilities

+ High school diploma or GED

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
