We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead technical architecture and integrations for a single-instance ServiceNow environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ITSM architecture, custom integration implementations, and strong stakeholder management skills to drive platform maturity and deliver complex solutions.

Qualifications

+ 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect

+ 10+ years overall relevant experience with full-cycle ServiceNow implementations

+ 3+ years custom integrations within ServiceNow (not just out-of-the-box or documentation-driven)

+ Strong knowledge of ITSM platform, platform security, and integrations

+ Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across business units

+ Experience with release management and change management processes

Core Responsibilities

+ Own and drive L3/L4 production support and enhancements with support/dev teams, business stakeholders, platform team, and vendors

+ Lead technical aspects of project delivery by collaborating with functional teams, business units, vendors, and partners

+ Develop POCs and present solution options to leadership for complex business challenges

+ Establish high standards and mentor development teams

+ Drive release management and change management processes

+ Implement process improvements in collaboration with the platform team

+ Contribute to roadmaps and accelerate adoption and maturity of platform capabilities

+ Provide data retrieval capabilities for employee information, analytics, and reporting

Details:

+ 100% remote – Equipment provided. (Must work EST schedule)

+ Pay: $80 - $95/hr. based on related experience.

+ Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered for enrollment.

+ Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shift between 8:00am – 5:00pm EST (40 hours per week)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $95.00/hr.
