Job Title: Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative
Start Date: December
Pay: $18/hr (English), $20/hr (English/Spanish)
Shift Differential: +$1/hr after 3pm Mon–Fri, +$3/hr on weekends (post-production)
Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly, Fridays
Qualifications: Candidates MUST already hold an active P&C or Personal Lines license for the state they reside in.
Training Hours:
+ Training Start Date: December, 2025
+ Training Duration: 8 weeks, Monday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm EST
+ Transition Period: 7 weeks, same schedule
+ Production Schedule: TB2, 9:00am–11:00am EST
Duties: Customer Service Licensed Associate is
responsible for handling customer and agent inquiries, addressing various types
of property and casualty policies and billing inquires in an efficient,
professional, and accurate manner. This is a customer support role, not sales.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must be clear of appointments
You will possess a deep understanding of company guidelines and communicate those
guidelines to customers and other employees.
You are able to multi-task with speed and accuracy.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34320.00 - $34320.00/yr.
