SystemOne has a contract opportunity with a partner here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This candidate is required to be on site 5 days a week.

Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.

Job title: IT Analyst

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst contractor to lead and support upgrade initiatives across multiple platforms and applications. This role requires strong leadership in project execution, deep technical acumen, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Delivery:

Operate within Agile frameworks, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery cycles. Champion Agile best practices across teams.

• Technical Expertise:

Lead multiple medium to large-scale upgrade projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. Provide guidance on system architecture, integration, and optimization.

• Collaboration & Communication:

Partner with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience on an Scrum team or leading technical upgrade projects

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Working knowledge of MySQL or similar relational databases (recommended)
