Product Consultant** **or Sr. Product Configurator(Remote)

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and configure applications within **Vertafore IMS** to meet business requirements.

+ Customize workflows, forms, and reports for insurance operations.

+ Integrate IMS with third-party systems (policy admin, billing, CRM).

+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IMS functionality.

+ Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.

+ Ensure compliance with insurance industry standards and data security protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ **Experience with Vertafore IMS**

+ Strong understanding of **insurance domain** (policy, claims, billing).

+ Proficiency in **.NET, C#, SQL** , and web services (REST/SOAP).

+ Familiarity with **API integrations** and data migration.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
