    About the role

     

    As a **Lead Automation Test Engineer** , you will make an impact by designing and maintaining robust automated testing solutions that ensure high-quality software delivery. You will be a valued member of our Quality Engineering & Assurance team and work collaboratively with onshore and offshore stakeholders to drive automation initiatives across projects.

    In this role, you will:

    + Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using **Java Selenium** or **JavaScript** .

    + Build and enhance automation frameworks to support scalable testing.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test planning, execution, and defect triage.

    + Drive automation initiatives and ensure continuous integration within Agile environments.

    + Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for test failures.

     

    Work model

    What you need to have to be considered

    + Strong proficiency in **Java** and **Selenium** for automation testing.

    + Hands-on experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks.

    + Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

    + Experience with **Agile methodology** and continuous integration tools.

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently within an Agile team.

    These will help you stand out

    + Experience collaborating with onshore/offshore teams for test planning and execution.

    + Ability to drive automation initiatives across multiple projects.

    + Familiarity with defect triage processes and quality assurance best practices.

    + Knowledge of JavaScript-based automation tools.

    + Strong stakeholder management skills to ensure quality delivery.
