Title: SR Gen Architect - Hybrid

Description

+ Define enterprise-wide AI architecture and standards.

+ Define responsible AI guardrails including privacy, bias mitigation, and compliance.

+ Implement observability and monitoring frameworks for model performance and drift.

+ Architect Gen AI platforms using LLMs (GPT, Claude, Titan), RAG pipelines, agentic frameworks, and orchestration tools.

+ Integrate foundational models with enterprise data sources and vector databases.

+ Design modular, scalable, and secure AI systems on platforms like Azure, AWS Bedrock, GCP and others.

+ Accelerate AI development and operationalization.

+ Monetize AI investments through ROI frameworks and data product thinking.

+ Lead development of Gen AI-powered applications for use cases like content generation, intelligent agents, and developer productivity.

+ Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and analysts to build and deploy ML pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, FastAPI.

• Deep understanding of LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5), RAG, agentic systems, vector databases.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with MLOps, DevSecOps, FinOps, and architecture tools

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.

• Experience in verticals such as retail, consumer, finance, healthcare, or life sciences.

• Prior involvement in Gen AI CoE setup or platform engineering.
