KBF is currently seeking a Channel Partner to join our Business Development team.
The Channel Partner will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth through indirect channels. This role focuses on cultivating referral relationships with complementary service providers, including law firms, venture capital and private equity groups, specialty tax and accounting providers, and technology platforms, and ensuring these partners view KBF Advisory as their go-to resource.
You will own the partner lifecycle: targeting, onboarding, enablement, joint go-to-market activities, pipeline management, and ongoing relationship success.
Responsibilities
+ Build and execute a channel partner strategy aligned with KBF Advisory’s growth objectives.
+ Source and qualify new strategic partners to expand client referral opportunities.
+ Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, maintaining consistent communication and engagement to deepen trust and referrals.
+ Develop joint business plans and partner enablement materials to ensure alignment and mutual success.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (service line leaders, marketing, business development) to activate campaigns and support partner needs.
+ Track partner pipeline performance, forecast revenue opportunities, and measure partner health.
+ Ensure seamless handoff of referred opportunities to internal service teams to optimize client experience.
+ Represent KBF Advisory at partner events, conferences, webinars, and thought leadership activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
+ 5+ years of experience in channel sales, strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.
+ Experience working within professional services — accounting, tax, advisory, or legal — strongly preferred.
+ Proven success in building and scaling partner programs that generate measurable revenue outcomes.
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate a compelling value proposition.
+ Relationship-driven mindset with excellent follow-through and service orientation.
+ Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
+ Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
+ Individuals must be eligible to work in the U.S.

The salary range for this position reflects various factors that influence compensation decisions, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, licensure, geographic location, and other organizational requirements. At KBF Advisory, it is uncommon for a candidate to be hired at the high end of the salary range, as compensation is based on the unique qualifications and circumstances of each individual. The estimated current salary range for this role is $150,000 - $250,000 plus incentive compensation.
