Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | School-Based | Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time | 36-Week Contract
Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to perform student evaluations, provide therapy services, and document progress in accordance with individualized plans of care and physician orders. The SLP will work with students in grades 4–12, collaborating with school staff to support academic and communication success.
Position Overview
+ Location: Phoenix, AZ
+ Start Date: December 1, 2025
+ Duration: 36 weeks
+ Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
+ Openings: 1 position available
+ Modality: Speech-Language Pathologist
Responsibilities
+ Conduct student evaluations to determine speech and language needs
+ Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
+ Provide direct therapy services to students
+ Document therapy sessions and progress according to standards of practice
+ Ensure compliance with professional, district, and state requirements
Requirements
+ Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in Arizona
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; may be required by state/contract
+ Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements
+ Current CPR certification, if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable
+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
