    Behavioral Technician (Experienced) – School-Based Role in El Monte, CA

    Position Details

    - Location: El Monte, CA (school-based)

     

    - Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available

     

    - Employment Type: Part-time or full-time

    Responsibilities

    - Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

     

    - Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals.

     

    - Collect and record data on student progress.

     

    - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and clinical supervisors to ensure consistency and success.

    Qualifications

    - Required: Previous experience as a Behavioral Technician or in ABA therapy.

     

    - High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).

     

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

     

    - Strong communication and organizational skills.
