    Behavior Technicians – South Shore, MA

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is excited to partner with a school in Duxbury & Cohasset to hire a passionate ABA Instructional Assistants and Experienced Behavior Techs for the 2025–2026 school year.

     

    Start Date: Approximately two weeks after offer acceptance

     

    Commitment: Full academic year

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM - 2:30 PM (Duxbury) & 8:30 AM - 3:30PM (Cohasset)

     

    Pay: Up to $25/hour (ABA Para) and up to $30/hr (Behavior Tech)

    About the Role

    Join a specialized classroom supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related needs. You’ll work 1:1 with learners in grades 2–5. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including the classroom teacher to create a structured, supportive environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Assist in implementing IEPs and individualized behavioral strategies

    + Support academic, social, and behavioral development

    + Collect data and apply ABA techniques under guidance

    + Promote a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with students with Autism and behavioral challenges

    + Familiarity with ABA principles, behavioral plans, and IEPs

    + Special Education certification is a plus (not required)

    Minimum Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Ability to meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements

    + CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB screening and health clearance as required

    + Must be at least 18 years old
