    The salary range for this position is:

    $28.30 - $40.02 Hourly

     

    $2,264.31 - $3,201.78 Biweekly

     

    $4,906.00 - $6,937.20 Monthly

     

    $58,872.00 - $83,246.40 Annually

     

    The Quality Assurance unit promotes and ensures the overall quality of the FAMLI Division and performs regularly scheduled internal quality reviews of the work produced by the Employer Services, Overpayments, Customer Success and Case Management departments within FAMLI. Operating within the rules and procedures of FAMLI, the unit will specifically review FAMLI customer and employer contacts, employer accounts, and specific determinations and actions taken on FAMLI claims and employer accounts to ensure rules and standards have been followed, proper determinations made, as well as systems / data accuracy. The unit creates, maintains, and approves all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for FAMLI.

     

    This position serves as the content administrator for Division-wide resource material used by staff throughout the FAMLI Division. Position is responsible for working with management, the business process analyst, and subject matter experts (SMES) within the division to create and/or revise formal procedures and job aides used by staff in performing their duties. Position will utilize FAMLI templates pertaining to the work being performed in order to achieve consistency for documentation used throughout the organization. Position will collaborate with the training unit on the creation or revision of all procedures to ensure training materials are created or updated accordingly. Position will collaborate with other division SMEs to prevent gaps in knowledge or processes that may impact other units.

     

    Management and peers seek guidance and direction regarding the application, implementation, and/or adaptation of procedures and templates utilized to ensure FAMLI services are delivered properly, efficiently, and consistently.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Experience Only:

    Five (5) years of relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned to this position. Such as in-depth review of business procedures, data interpretation, and policies in order to provide procedural development.

    OR

    Education and Experience:

    A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to five (5) years. Such as in-depth review of business procedures, data interpretation, and policies in order to provide procedural development.

    Preferred qualifications:

    + Experience ensuring compliance with highly regulated programs, products and operations

    + Experience in detecting and investigating inconsistencies in internal procedures and making recommendations for necessary changes.

    + Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel

    + Experience in procedural documentation
