    Job Description

    As a People Program Manager on the People Experience (HR) team, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts tied to strategic business initiatives and drive execution success with projects across our people portfolio. Acting as a critical orchestrator, you will design, coordinate, and align teams and processes to effectively go-to-market and deliver results on high-stakes priorities. This includes facilitating the end-to-end translation of strategic priorities into scoped project plans, mapping stakeholder engagement, identifying system and support requirements, and overseeing execution of measurable outcomes. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where bias for action, strategic thinking, and dot-connector instincts are essential. This is an individual contributor role based in the U.S. delivering global solutions and experiences.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Drive the strategic planning and execution of enterprise employee lifecycle programs—such as focal rewards and benefits, performance and goal planning, and employee listening—while collaborating with center of excellence and ecosystem partners to develop and manage roadmaps, program plans, and timelines for end-to-end execution.

    + Demonstrate the ability to influence and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups—including senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and regional teams—especially in complex or ambiguous environments where clarity and collaboration are critical to success.

    + Lead and support key workstreams to ensure timely execution and continuity of critical people and business processes across regions.

    + Design, manage, and continuously improve scalable frameworks that support a diverse portfolio of people priorities—from initial scoping through post-implementation evaluation.

    + Define and track success metrics, proactively manage risks, and ensure alignment with global compliance and operational standards.

    + Identify and implement opportunities to streamline people processes and systems, leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiency and scale across geographies.

    + Apply project and change management practices, including development of go-to-market strategies, to drive impact across the change spectrum – awareness, understanding, action, and championing. This requires awareness and appreciation of company values, local cultures, and diverse stakeholder groups to achieve positive employee experiences.

    + Support a flexible, scalable program delivery model that enables dynamic resource allocation and fosters a culture of adaptability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    + 6+ years of experience in people operations, program/project management, and/or change consulting within global, high-tech, matrixed organizations.

    SKILLS:

    + Design and support scalable solutions that are tailored to meet both global consistency and local relevance—ensuring they are practical, culturally aware, and adaptable to diverse workforce needs across regions

    + Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through strategic initiatives.

    + Agile and adaptable with the ability to shift between strategic thinking and tactical execution.

    + Clear and compelling communication skills—verbal, written, and visual—with a strong ability to craft data-informed narratives and presentations that support change initiatives and enable effective decision-making.

    + Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.

    + Strong analytical mindset and experience with leveraging technology to drive continuous process improvement.

    + Experience with program management tools and systems for tracking milestones, risks, and progress.

    Compensation & Benefits Details

    + An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.

    + The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.

    + You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance. Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
