    What You Will Do:

    Overall responsibility is to provide full service to our US & International affiliates to ensure timely shipments. This includes but is not limited to adherence to service level expectations, execution of order management and timely resolution of shipments matters and claims.

     

    + Manage order processing to ensure timely shipment of finished goods and accessories to our US and International affiliates. This includes shipment out of Charles Court IDC and direct shipments out of Asia.

    + Manage active communication with affiliates & DC and resolve order/shipment matters. Monitor all shipments to ensure shipments ship within the month.

    + Liaison with the DC and GSOP on exception management (for example, order cancellation, shipment mode change, affiliate stock transfer)

    + Manage system changes & execute testing to ensure seamless at go-live (for example: new affiliate set up, system testing for affiliate NEO go-live)

    + Maintain weekly shipment tracker and KPI reporting

    + Evaluate and process distribution claims due to shortage, damage, shelf life, etc.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement projects

    What We Are Looking For:

    + BS/BA degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or other related field.

    + 1-3 years experience in planning, inventory control , customer service or related experience

    + Proficient in Excel

    + Strong Analytical Skills

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

    + Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

    + Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

    + Ability to work effectively in a multi-divisional environment, demonstrating professionalism at all times

    + Knowledge of SAP a plus

    Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

    Salary Range: $65,400 – $91,500 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
